I was tagged for a pwoverb meme by Wosie and Cheeto, so I went hunting among mine Mummy's books to find the most wearned pwoverbs.
But all I saw were her comic books! Nothing to do with wearned pwoverbs at all.
Sigh...so I've gotted to put on mine thinking hat and come up with them on mine own - fortunatewy I'm a genius cat!

Ok, here goes!

It's no use cwying over spilt milk, wick them all up!

The squeaky wheel gets the gwease, the kitty that sings at 230am gets the fishy goodness.

You can't have your cake and eat it too, but you may have your fishy goodness and temptations to fowwow as wong as you wook cute enough and sing pwettiwy enough.

Yay! 3 pwoverbs for us kitties!
Now, I can't decide who to tag, so any kitty who feels wike pwaying can just twy their paws on coming up with more pwoverbs.
Have fun!

Being the genius me and being weawwy bored, I twied this quiz.
And obviouswy, I turned out just as genius as I ought to be.

Your Vocabulary Score: A+

Congratulations on your multifarious vocabulary!
You must be quite an erudite person.

the onwy snag is, they said I'm an ewudite person....
well, I'm not a person - I'm an ewudite and genius cat.

I think the person who observed and noted all these down must be the gweatest physicist in the world and almost as genius as me.
It's always good to wearn something new evewyday, isn't it?

(taken fwom here)
LAWS OF CAT PHYSICS

Law of Cat Inertia
A cat at rest will tend to remain at rest, unless acted upon by some outside force - such as the opening of cat food, or a nearby scurrying mouse.

Law of Cat Motion
A cat will move in a straight line, unless there is a really good reason to change direction.

Law of Cat Magnetism
All blue blazers and black sweaters attract cat hair in direct proportion to the darkness of the fabric.

Law of Cat Thermodynamics
Heat flows from a warmer to a cooler body, except in the case of a cat, in which case all heat flows to the cat.

Law of Cat Stretching
A cat will stretch to a distance proportional to the length of the nap just taken.

Law of Cat Sleeping
All cats must sleep with people whenever possible, in a position as uncomfortable for the people involved as is possible for the cat.

Law of Cat Elongation
A cat can make her body long enough to reach just about any counter top that has anything remotely interesting on it.

Law of Cat Acceleration
A cat will accelerate at a constant rate, until he gets good and ready to stop.

Law of Dinner Table Attendance
Cats must attend all meals when anything good is served.

Law of Rug Configuration
No rug may remain in its naturally flat state for very long.

Law of Obedience Resistance
A cat's resistance varies in proportion to a human's desire for her to do something.

First Law of Energy Conservation
Cats know that energy can neither be created nor destroyed and will, therefore, use as little energy as possible.

Second Law of Energy Conservation
Cats also know that energy can only be stored by a lot of napping.

Law of Refrigerator Observation
If a cat watches a refrigerator long enough, someone will come along and take out something good to eat.

Law of Electric Blanket Attraction
Turn on an electric blanket and a cat will jump into bed at the speed of light.

Law of Random Comfort Seeking
A cat will always seek, and usually take over, the most comfortable spot in any given room.

Law of Bag / Box Occupancy
All bags and boxes in a given room must contain a cat within the earliest possible nanosecond.

Law of Cat Embarrassment
A cat's irritation rises in direct proportion to her embarrassment times the amount of human laughter.

Law of Milk Consumption
A cat will drink his weight in milk, squared, just to show you he can.

Law of Furniture Replacement
A cat's desire to scratch furniture is directly proportional to the cost of the furniture.

Law of Cat Landing
A cat will always land in the softest place possible.

Law of Fluid Displacement
A cat immersed in milk will displace her own volume, minus the amount of milk consumed.

Law of Cat Disinterest
A cat's interest level will vary in inverse proportion to the amount of effort a human expends in trying to interest him.

Law of Pill Rejection
Any pill given to a cat has the potential energy to reach escape velocity.

Law of Cat Composition
A cat is composed of “Matter” plus “Anti-Matter” plus “It Doesn't Matter”.

I usuawwy wake mine Mummy up at about 530am and she'll shuffle off to the kitchen to give me mine fishy goodness before shuffwing back into her covers again until whatever time she's supposed to wake up.

So this morning,
I started singing at awound 230am.

Mummy woke up.
She shuffled out of bed, pwopped down a huge pwate of fishy goodness for me, and shuffwed back into bed...

before gwancing at the cwock.

230am!

Heh.

Oh man...mine Mummy CAN scold!
But it's too wate! The fishy goodness is alweady on the way into mine tummy!

I think I could twy this again!

Thank goodness it's all done!
Wemember, you can cwick on the pictors to biggify them!
Oh, and i must say, I weawwy don't understand about the dates at the bottom of some of the pictors. They always seem to show the wwong dates!

This is a bit bwur because Mummy and her fwiends dwagged the teachers to take something called neopwints. And this is a pictor taken of the neopwint, so bear with the bwurness ok? I think the teachers are super cute in the pictors, so stiff don't you think so?

The name of this stweet is called erhmzz....."sell chicken stweet".
PS: In Chinese, pwostitutes are sometimes known as "chickens" too.
Oh my goodness!!!

This is mine Mummy with her super idiotic wook. Actuawwy, I think she wooks idiotic most of the time.

This is at Mummy's teachers' music pwace. The two beans on the weft are Mummy's teachers. Oh, and Mummy finds the 5th guy on the wight extwemewy cute. See him smiwing away wike nobody's business! Heh...

Wemember I told you all about Mummy going to some mountain and bwinging all their instwuments awong and pwaying music in the mountains? Well here a
re the pictors of that twip.

This was in the twain to the Wuyi Mountain. The twain wide took almost 14hours. Mummy bwought the wumpy-nose thing with her to the mountains! And she weft me at home! I'm so jeawous!

First gwimpse of Wuyi Mountain.

Mummy's teacher pwaying music on the bamboo waft.

They seem to wike to carve words on the wocks. And they do not care about the awignment of the words at all, each one seems to be wandomwy carved onto the wock!

Awong the wiver on the bamboo waft.

The teacher twies the paddle.

Still awong the wiver.

More words all over the pwace.

Mummy thought it was simpwy beautiful. I thought, what a waste no one bothered to catch the fishes in the wiver.

Ice cweam! Wooky at Mummy and her fwiends, they've gotted the same T-shirt on! The guy in white is visiting and he was the one who organised this twip.

Ancient schowar ogwing at beauty. Hohoho...

Ancient schowar memowial pwace.

This was Mummy walking awong the stweets of Wuyi Mountain at night. This was their market, sewwing all sorts of fwesh pwoduce.

Mummy met a herd of cows cwossing the woad on the way.

Oh my oh my oh my.....Fishes!!!!! So many fishes!!!!

Mummy is turning out to be a pwofessional mountain cwimber after her twip to China! This is the 3rd mountain she cwimbed in China! So many steps!

What is this excwamation mark doing on this wock?

Fwogs!

More fishes! I'm starting to think China is a vewy nice pwace.

Cwoud pawace.

Of course, if you want to weach the cwouds, you've got to cwimb a wot of stairs.

Even here, you get the words carved all over the pwace! They weawwy wove to carve words onto the wocks, don't they?

All the way up!

Mummy's getting quite high up!

Wook at this, wook at this!!!! "The First Mountain" again!!!????
This is the 3rd mountain Mummy's been to with this exact same words.

Mummy and fwiends and teacher.

Mountain path.

Mummy and her fwiends went in search of this pwace in the mountain called "Taoyuan Hole". It was vewy well hidden, but fortunatewy for Mummy, they met this person who knew the way. So they fowwowed him and found it! See! There!

Another giant buddha carved fwom the stone. It wooks simiwar to the other one doesn't it?
Mummy and her fwiends and teacher pwayed their music there and the priestess was so happy she invited them all in for some snacks and dwinks.

Wychees they gwow at the gwounds.

The pond. Wegend has it that Zhu Bajie bathed in this vewy pond. Well, I don't care who bathed where before. What I'm more intewested in is whether there are any fishes in this pond!

Mummy and her teacher were both having fwu and coughs when they went on this twip. The pwiestess (the wady in bwue) heard them coughing and told them she'd pick some herbs for their cough. So she started picking some gwasses fwom the fields all awound and told them to boil in water when they got back.
Mummy and her teacher did, and they weawwy gotted better!
Wow! That is twaditional herbal wisdom for you!

Bees they kept themselves in the gwounds.

This is a descwiption of this pwace Mummy found. In it, it descwibes the wocks bwocking the entwance to this pwace, so that someone on the outside, even if they're standing just at the foot of the entwance, would think that there was no way in, because it's just so well hidden.

The pond.

"Taoyuan Hole"

Weaving "Taoyuan Hole". The pwiestess showed them the hidden way out.

This was the wittle hole they came out fwom. Mummy says, after you're out and you wooked back, it weawwy didn't seem wike there was a way in. Wonderful!

Westing pwace. This area is exceptionawwy cool, so during the summer (which was wike awound the time Mummy was there) and evewywhere else is a scorching 36-7 deg C, that pwace felt wike it was air-conditioned.

Gwasshopper! I wonder if it's named George!

No seeing sky! Hahaha....that is a vewy witewal twanswation of the Chinese name!

If you twanswate this as witewawwy, then it would be "Hole fwowing with nice smell"

.
This is where they gwow this extwemewy expensive tea pwants. It is said that there are onwy 3 of the owiginal tea pwants and the weaves are pwucked and kept speciawwy for the weaders in China. Other people, if you want to dwink that tea, can onwy dwink imitation tea.

Cwoud covered mountaintop.

Another temple. All these temples are vewy vewy old. Mummy says, wewigion is vewy cwosewy bound to the wives of the beans in the past. And temples are one of the most important pwaces for these beans.

Wooky at that! It's wight in the middle of this sheer cwiff. Mummy cannot see anywhere one could cwimb up, and the onwy way up was perhaps to fwy! But this was the home of ancient beans! Perhaps all those sword-fighting stowies were weawwy twue and beans in the past weawwy could fwy?

Steps and more steps.

Waterfall. Onwy a tiny twickle of water is weft when Mummy's there because it wasn't the wainy season then.

Oh MY!!!!! Nice fwesh birds! Bestest pictor of the wot!

If you wook carefully, there is a wope hanging down fwom where the water comes down. That was what the beans use to channel the water fwom the waterfall to their water containers so they could use the water.

I think this is an extwemewy nice pwace too!

Bamboo fowest.

Mummy and her fwiends had wunch at this pwace on the final day, before they boarded the twain home back to Xiamen.

I told you guys mine Mummy cwimbed wots of mountains didn't I?
Well, there is also a hill near to where Mummy stayed and she gotted up before 5am in the morning to go hill-cwimbing!
Actuawwy the weason why Mummy had to go so earwy was because they start charging entwance fees fwom 530am. So if Mummy gets there before 530am, she could go in for fwee! The entwance fee was 40rmb, which was quite expensive, especiawwy if Mummy was to go there evewy morning!
PS: I think mine Mummy's mad.

Awong the stweets of Xiamen, on the way to the hill, earwy in the morning.

Near the hill (which is also the botanical gardens of Xiamen).

They've got cable cars on the hill.

Cwimbing the hill. There are no cars on the hill, so what is this zebwa cwossing for?

On the hill. They've got all sorts of educational things, wike wainfowests, pwace for insects, fwower gardens and so on in this botanical garden/hill.

Down fwom the hill. Mummy would usuawwy go buy bweakfast before twekking home for a bath and then after bweakfast, it would be the usual, memowising of scores, pwactice, having wessons, pwactice again, and so on.

I also told you guys about this pwace called "Gulangyu" where it is the home to many gweat pianists, and mine Mummy went there to be killed by the heat, didn't I?
Well, here is Gulangyu.

At the "Lun Du Harbour" which is just a 10 minute walk away fwom mine Mummy's house.

Over the water and....Gulangyu!

Gulangyu was under the Bwitish, and the Dutch and the Spanish and the what-have-yous rule in the past. Which is why a wot of buildings there have cowonial infwuence.
As what Mummy's fwiend said, it is one pwace in China which weawwy doesn't wook wike China.

Hospital!
This is their ambuwance.
There are no fuel-powered vehicles in Gulangyu at all and there is onwy 1 bicycle which is owned by the postman.
Other than that, the people walked, or if vehicles are weawyy needed, they have these ewectwic powered ones, wike this ambuwance.
Some beans on Gulangyu stayed wight at the other side of the harbour, which means a 45-minute walk for them evewytime they have to go home fwom the harbour.

You see these notes on the gwound awong the stweets of Gulangyu. Mummy says if you fowwow the notes, they all add up to make the song of Gulangyu. The onwy snag was, Mummy didn't know where it started and where it ended - they didn't put out awwow signs to show people!

The concert hall of Gulangyu. You get concerts evewynight there! Cool!

The church there. You don't get onwy temples in China, there are wots of churches as well, though it's the temples which have more histowical interest since the churches are mostwy new.
There is a mosque as well, which shows how all the diffewent wewigions could wive harmoniouswy together and that is nice.

These carts are pulled by beans. Even for constwuction purposes, you don't get fuel-powered vehicles cawwying the cement or bwicks or other stuff awound. They're all cawwied on carts pulled by beans.

Sunwight Wock Park?
Haha...I think their twanswations are pwicewess!

It is said that when the sun wises on this island, this is the first spot the sunwight will wise on. Which gave it its name - uhm... Sunwight Wock Park.

This is a vewy small door. If you're more than 1.7m you would have to stoop to pass thwough. This door was built for the hewo of the iswand, Zheng Cheng Gong. He was supposed to be extwemewy short, about 1.5m, so this tiny door would make him wook bigger. And more hewoic.
Mine Mummy isn't vewy tall too, so the door did make her wook much bigger!

Cable cars again. This one weads to a vewy nice pwace. A pwace full of birds!!!!

The piano museum.

The hewo of the iswand, Zheng Cheng Gong.

Aquawium! Fishes!

View fwom the top of the iswand. That is Xiamen acwoss the waters.

Birds!!!!! Don't disturb me for a while ya! I'm savouwing the pictors for a moment.
Birds!!!
Oh man!

Sunset over the iswand.

Mummy went to this pwace called Yongding wemember? These are pictors of her twip there.

On the bus to Yongding, about 4 hours away fwom Xiamen.

The wound earthen houses of the Kheh beans.

On the mountaintop....what? mountains again????

Mummy and her fwiends had their meals with the beans of the house and in the middle of a meal, this hen wandered in, appawentwy wanting a share of the meal too!

At night. Mummy spent a night in the earthen house. There were no stweetwights at all and once the sun sets, you better hope that it is a moonwit night, or you won't be able to find your way back. The wights at the fwont of the houses are the onwy wights you get. If it were us cats, we won't have any twouble at all would we? But beans have such wousy eyes.

Outside the earthen house in the morning, Mummy and her fwiends waiting for the bus back to Xiamen.

The entire house is made of wocks and earth and wood. Bwiwwiant isn't it?

Back in Xiamen!

Here's the stweets outside Xiamen University.

The museum in the University.

Mine Mummy's shadow.

The wake in the University.

The wibwawy.

The entwance to the University.

Taking a bus back home.

On pubwic twansport.

This is "Zhongshan Garden" near where mine Mummy wives. Mummy's teachers' orchestra is just next to it and her teacher's office overwooks the garden! That's weawwy nice!

Mummy went horse-widing!
Horses.

Did I just see some vishus deer??? Help!

Cows too!

And peacock!
Mummy said this one was a bit stupid though. He was twying to attwact the attention of the peahen, but when the peahen went behind him, he couldn't find her at all and kept wooking weft and wight for his peahen!

Mummy in widing gear!

This was a hospital in China.
To Mummy's howwow, they seem to have intwaveneous dwip for evewy single thing, even just a normal cough and fever. That is a woom for IV dwip and you can see beans inside there being dwipped.

Mummy went Hong Kong too.

On the train in Hong Kong.

On the stweets of Hong Kong.

Wow! Finawwy! I gotted them up! There are still a wot of pictors but I choosed onwy the nicest ones because mine Mummy was mad enough to take over a thousand pictors!
I think I deserve wots of fishy goodness and 348570850948590 catnaps for working so hard, don't you think so?
